Patch tests
A patch test is to be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. However, if you don’t wish to have one this is at your own discretion and a consent form must be filled out and signed before your treatment starts.
Deposits
To secure an appointment a non-refundable deposit of £10 is required. The deposit amount will be deducted off the final price of your treatment on the day. No appointment is secure until the deposit has been paid as all appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
Plus Ones
I am unable to accommodate for any plus ones as I work from my small home salon. It is also extremely important that I am 100% focused during your treatment. Please take this into consideration before any bookings are made.
Lateness
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment I will be unable to proceed with your treatment as I often have clients booked back to back. Unfortunately, your booking will be cancelled.
